The Canadian Advertising Research Foundation is a non-profit organization whose prime focus is advertising, communications and media research. CARF sets standards for research, promotes Canadian expertise and provides a forum for industry issues.

CARF conducts comprehensive appraisals of media and advertising research projects, at the request of the project sponsors. CARF members automatically receive a copy of every CARF Appraisal report, and enjoy significant reductions in the cost of appraising their own surveys.
